Who we are

What we collect and why
- When you order: your name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, the plug type you chose and what you bought. We use these to take payment, deliver your order, send you tracking and handle returns (needed to carry out our contract with you), and we keep order records for as long as Greek tax law requires.
- When you email us: your email address and message, so we can reply.
- When you visit the site: our host keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies and we don't track you across other sites. The site only saves your language choice (English/Greek) in your browser so it's remembered next time.
Who we share it with
- Stripe processes your payment and collects your details on its secure checkout page (stripe.com/privacy).
- CJ Dropshipping, our supplier in China, and the delivery companies receive your name, address and phone so they can ship your order. China is outside the EU; we send this data there only because it's necessary to deliver what you ordered.
- Netlify hosts this website, and Google (Gmail) hosts our support email.
We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing lumioxsupport@gmail.com. Some order records have to be kept for tax reasons. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or the data protection authority in your country.
