Terms of sale & returns

Price and payment

The price shown (€59.99 per projector) is the full price, with free shipping. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you order. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days from our supplier's warehouse and most arrive 10–18 days after you order, depending on your country; a few can take up to 3 weeks. Delivery takes longer to Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Finland, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel and India (usually up to about 3 weeks) and to Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Pakistan and Indonesia (usually 3–5 weeks). You'll receive a tracking number by email. We only ship to the countries offered at checkout.

Orders to EU countries are sent with import VAT already paid, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For countries outside the EU (for example the UK, Switzerland, Norway or the US), your customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on delivery; these are set by your country and are not collected by us.

30-day returns (right of withdrawal)

You can return the projector for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. That's longer than the 14 days required by EU law.

1. Email us at lumioxsupport@gmail.com with your order details and say you want to return it. You can use the form below, but you don't have to.
2. We'll reply with the return address. Send the projector back within 14 days of telling us.
3. We refund the full price you paid, including the original shipping, to your card within 14 days of your message. We may wait until we receive the item, or proof that you sent it, before refunding.

You pay the cost of sending the item back. Please return it complete and in good condition; if it's been handled more than needed to try it out, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value.

Faulty or damaged items

You have a 2-year legal guarantee: if the projector is faulty, not as described, or arrives damaged, email us with a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Complaints

Please email us first; we reply within 2 business days. If we can't resolve it, consumers in Greece can contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή, www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr). Consumers in other EU countries can contact their national consumer body or the European Consumer Centre in their country.

These terms are governed by Greek law. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
